*June-through August annually - not flexible
*September-May - request owner approval. Fee may be required. 


Pack ‘n play, bed rails, bedding, high chair, booster seat, children’s games, beach toys, kitchen plateware/utensils 

We want guests to have a wonderful time; however, no house parties allowed 

Brand new:

* refrigerator/freezer/ice maker in door

* Keurig Duo - carafe & single pod options 

Maximum occupancy includes all persons from age 4 years and up. Please reach out to owner if you have other guests to obtain prior approval. There is an additional fee if additional guests are not approved in advance.

* (4) Adirondack chairs 
* gas grill
* corn hole 
* outdoor dining with (6) chairs 
* super cool outdoor shower
* picnic table
* plastic sand buckets & sand digging tools
* water wash station for chairs, sand toys, feet

Up to 2 dogs w/prior owner approval and a $250.00 non-refundable fee for each dog. Other restrictions apply. Request The Marejo Pet Addendum & Policy for more. 

* Call 9-1-1 for any emergency, then call owner 
* We are located in unincorporated Georgetown County & they respond to all emergencies, not the Pawleys Island Police Dept
* Fire extinguisher on wall next to microwave

No smoking allowed on property. Any smoking paraphernalia found will incur an additional $350.00 fine. If smoke is found in home, additional cleaning fee at market value. 

Downstairs is ground level, but not wheelchair accessible. 

Living room:
* Cable TV w/Roku attached
* Bose stereo system

Bedrooms:
* Cable TV’s in each of the (4) upstairs bedrooms
* Roku TV in downstairs bedroom
